Once you placed an order on our website we will provide you the tracking number of the parcel which you can track it. Refund and Returns

Damages and issues

Exchanges
We do offer exchanging of items, once you return an item and we received it, then we can discuss exchange with another item. Upon agreeing with exchange we can adjust the price for the item we are going to exchange.
Refunds
