Most of the time we are use FedEx Express for our worldwide shipments. it may take 8 to 10 days to deliver for international shipments. Once you placed an order on our website we will provide you the tracking number of the parcel which you can track it. We also have another option of Global Shipping which is normally taking around a month to deliver the parcel. Another option for international shipments is ThaiPost.
Refund and Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Customer will pay for returning an item(s).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
We do offer exchanging of items, once you return an item and we received it, then we can discuss exchange with another item. Upon agreeing with exchange we can adjust the price for the item we are going to exchange.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
